I offer a home visit service within my local area in Surrey. Following an initial telephone consultation, we can book an appointment for a convenient time (including evenings and weekends) for me to visit and take your instructions. Our meeting will last between one and two hours depending upon the complexity of your requirements. I will send you an information pack beforehand to enable you to prepare for the meeting. After our meeting, I will send you a written fixed price quotation for the services you require. Following your acceptance, I will produce the draft documents and send them to you within seven working days. Payment becomes due on your approval of the draft documents. Once received, I will produce your bound final documents and send them to you within seven working days.
I offer a home visit Attestation Service to supervise the signing of your documents. Alternatively, you can send the documents to me for free checking and return.
If you live outside my home visit area or if you prefer this form of communication, you can still gain all of the benefits of a professionally written Will.
When you are ready to have your Will written, simply complete the relevant Will Questionnaire which can submitted online or downloaded and sent by email or post if you prefer.

All standard Wills include:
You receive a draft copy of your Will with a commentary explaining the clauses in plain English. On your approval of the draft, you receive the final Will fully bound in a tamper-resistant binding ready for attestation (signing and witnessing).
Standard Wills do not include any Trusts required for more complex requirements such as protecting your home from being sold to pay care home fees.
For your Will to be legally valid it must be signed and witnessed in strict conformity with the procedure laid down by law. This stipulates who may and who may not be witnesses and how they must witness your signature. Failure to observe the correct procedure is one of the biggest causes of Wills being declared invalid resulting in intestacy.
I offer a home visit Attestation service in my local area to supervise the attestation and ensure that it is carried out correctly.
Otherwise, I offer a FREE attestation check. Simply send me the signed and witnessed Will by post. I will check that it appears to have been attested correctly and return the Will to you.
